About Inframark

Inframark is a multimillion-dollar services company that manages homeowners associations, property owners associations, and community development districts across Texas, Arizona, and Florida. Alongside day-to-day association management, it offers what few community managers can: municipal and public works services, full CDD district support, and its own SmartSweep technology. That combination makes Inframark a strong fit for large, complex communities, the master-planned developments and special districts that need more than a standard management company. The challenge was making sure those communities could find it.

The Challenge

Turning a Full-Service Portfolio Into a Search Powerhouse

Inframark's broad expertise in HOA, POA, CDD, and municipal services created an exciting opportunity: build a digital presence as comprehensive as the communities it serves. INFINI brought each service into focus, giving boards in Texas, Arizona, and Florida relevant answers for their markets and a direct path to connect.

With a thoughtful statewide strategy, INFINI positioned Inframark to reach high-intent searches across multiple service categories while maintaining one consistent, recognizable brand presence.

The growth objectives:

  • Give every service, in every state Inframark serves, a page that can be found
  • Rank for the non-branded searches boards use before they know which company to call
  • Turn search visibility into proposal requests from qualified associations
  • Build a lasting organic search presence that complements paid campaigns
When an HOA board searches for a specific service in its own state, Inframark should have a relevant, useful page ready to answer that need.

A Hub-and-Spoke Plan

INFINI began by mapping relevant service and location searches across Texas, Arizona, and Florida. The resulting hub-and-spoke plan connected a central Community Management hub, six service pillars, three state hubs, state-specific services, and detailed pages addressing individual board questions. Each page had a distinct search purpose, reducing unnecessary keyword overlap.

Internal Links That Connect

Internal links connect specific services to their broader pillars and respective states. That makes it easier for visitors to navigate related information and helps search engines discover the relationships between pages.

Built to Rank. Written to Connect.

Instead of repeating a generic service description across states, the content addresses practical research needs: reserve funds, board support, covenant enforcement, ADA compliance, and vacuum truck services. State-specific pages add local context; community case studies, including Tavola and Woodland Hills, provide additional examples of the work.

A Strong Launch, Powered by Search and Advertising

Google Ads amplified the first 59 days of launch, generating more than 100 reported ad conversions while the new pages built search visibility. When the campaign paused on August 19, the expanded content library continued drawing strong overall page traffic through September.

Strong Visibility Beyond the Launch Campaign

After Google Ads paused on August 19, total page views remained strong, with September within approximately 2% of August and reported monthly users up about 1%. The performance reflects continuing interest in Inframark's expanding content library.

145+ Ways for Communities to Discover Inframark

The new pages were reported to rank for more than 145 non-branded queries by early October 2026. Approximately 83% had not previously ranked, with 20 keywords reaching the top 10. These search terms capture relevant research before a board has chosen a provider.

Making Moves in a Competitive Market

In a whole-domain comparison with three larger national firms, Inframark reportedly increased its #1 Google keyword rankings by approximately 19% from May to September, the largest percentage gain in the group. This comparison covers the entire inframark.com domain, not only the new community management section.

Across ten tracked HOA and CDD searches, Inframark now ranks ahead of all three competitors on five, and it is the only one of the four ranking for “gateway services CDD.”

    The Pipeline

From Google Searches to Real Business Opportunities

Between May 19 and September 30, 18 associations submitted qualified requests through Inframark's website forms. The reported total excludes resident inquiries, vendor outreach, tests, and spam. These are site-sourced inquiries and should not all be attributed to organic SEO without channel-level lead data.

    • 89% of requests arrived with complete information, ready for a proposal
    • Together they represent nearly 5,000 homes and units
    • Communities range from small gated neighborhoods to master-planned developments of 1,500+ homes
    • Requests came from HOAs, POAs within CDDs, 55+ communities, condominiums, and new construction developments, several of which found Inframark through Google
