INFINI built and manages Buffalo's website on Joomla with GTM (Google Tag Manager) for clean, flexible tracking. Service-specific landing pages were built for each core offering, with content structured to match both the way homeowners search and the way Google ranks local service providers.
Google Local Service Ads (GLSA) — Google Guaranteed
INFINI established a dedicated GLSA account for Buffalo, securing their Google Guaranteed badge at the very top of the search results page — above standard paid ads — for queries like "water damage restoration near me" and "mold removal Houston." GLSA operates on a pay-per-lead model, meaning Buffalo only pays when a real call or message comes in from a verified searcher. Conversion tracking — fixed from the ground up
This was the most impactful early intervention. INFINI audited every conversion action in the account and identified three critical issues: phone calls categorized under the wrong conversion type, a counting setting that was inflating reported conversions with repeat callers, and a customer-level goal that was set to non-biddable — meaning the bidding algorithm couldn't learn from the phone leads it was driving.
After the fix, Smart Bidding had clean, accurate signal for the first time. The algorithm could now do its job: optimize for real qualified calls, not phantom data.
